As part of the Internal Communications team, I kicked off a series of interviews and events encouraging Registers of Scotland employees to learn to program or join digital teams as subject matter experts.
I redesigned the Competency Framework for Registers of Scotland, incorporating feedback from focus groups to make the layout more relevant to how they would use it for their own personal development. While I wasn't allowed to edit content, I was allowed to add additional visuals to explain some of the concepts and terminology to new employees, as this was also to be used as a recruiting tool.
I presented a case study to senior management and marketing agencies in 2011 on Amazon's publishing platform. I introduced the concept of Amazon's customer-centricity and created a workshop to discover how eBucks could leverage it for themselves.
